According to the website of the National Development and Reform Commission, 14 departments including the National Development and Reform Commission have jointly issued the Implementation Plan for Promoting the Deep Integration and Innovative Development of the Logistics Industry (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"). The "Plan" puts forward development goals. By 2025, the logistics industry will play a significant role in promoting real economy cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, supply chain coordination, and high-quality manufacturing development. Explore the establishment of a logistics industry manufacturing integration development model that is in line with China's national conditions, greatly improve the coordinated development of the manufacturing supply chain, significantly enhance the supply capacity of refined and high-quality logistics services, and reduce the logistics expense rate of major manufacturing sectors; cultivate and form a group of benchmarking enterprises for the integration and development of logistics industry and manufacturing, and lead a significant improvement in the level of integration of the logistics industry; preliminarily establish a manufacturing logistics cost accounting statistical system, and assess and monitor the changes in manufacturing logistics cost levels more timely and accurately.
