In the past few days, the pandemic situation in Hebei has became severe. On January 12, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, and Langfang of Hebei implemented closed management. Many places across the country rushed to help Hebei in various forms to overcome the difficulties. The belief "there is no war that we can't win, there is no difficulty that we can't overcome" is also rooted in the mind of China Capital Logistics’ staff who are fighting overnight in the automobile parts supply chain to stabilize production and guarantee the supply.

In face of the possible risk of blocked supply of parts suppliers in Hebei Province due to blockage of many places in Hebei, in order to ensure the normal production and operation of BAIC's main engine plants, as a core enterprise that guarantees BAIC Group's integrated services of supply chain warehousing and transportation, China Capital Logistics keenly identified work priorities and crisis difficulties and quickly deployed transportation work under the guidance of BAIC Group and BAIC ROCAR. The subsidiary of China Capital Logistics, China Capital Xinghui-- the company mainly responsible for connecting the business of parts suppliers in Langfang, Hebei, prepared an emergency response plan in advance to deal with the spreading and outbreak of the pandemic, with reference to the pandemic at the beginning of s2020.

After receiving the news that a parts supplier in Langfang, Hebei was facing production suspension on the evening of January 12, under the command of Party Branch Secretary and General Manager Yu Dong, each project team of China Capital Xinghui simultaneously initiated an emergency mechanism and the company urgently dispatched drivers and vehicles with nucleic acid certificates within three days to Langfang based on the original transportation capacity. On the one hand, the logistics fleet was arranged to line up at the highway entrances and exits in accordance with government work requirements. On the other hand, they communicated with relevant government authorities in a timely manner, and made a reasonable deployment. In the middle of the night on January12, with the cooperation of the supplier, the company quickly went through procedures and obtained the pass certificate. After rigorous disinfection, all the inventory parts and components were loaded. At 2:39 in the morning on January 13, after several hours of waiting and multi-party coordination and communication, three vehicles on standby quickly passed the checkpoint, and four vehicles on standby at Fengheying checkpoint also gradually left the checkpoint. At 4:00 am on January 13, the first batch of goods arrived at the China Capital Xinghui Sorting Center smoothly.

The logistics is the main artery of circulation. With the outbreak of the Pandemic in Hebei recently, China Capital Logistics has bravely assumed the social responsibility of state-owned enterprise. After the transfer coordination, such batch of important materials were delivered to Langfang on time at 11:00 on January 12.
