The Most Beautiful Trip! China Capital Logistics Completed the Pandemic Area Guarantee Task Again and Successfully Delivered 24 BAIC Pandemic Prevention Materials Transport Vehicles to Front Line of Pandemic Prevention

The pandemic affects all people across the country. When One party is in trouble, all other parties will provide support. On February 2, BAIC Group donated 24 sets of BAIC EV-5 to Hubei, Zhejiang, Hunan, Beijing, Guangdong and Henan, etc. as the full-enclosed transport vehicles for pandemic prevention materials. After the modification of the 24 vehicles is completed, BAIC Changhe was handed over to the Huanghua Base of China Capital New Energy System for transportation.

At 10 a.m. on February 10, China Capital Huanghua received an emergency delivery order from BAIC Changhe Sales Company. 24 sets of BAIC EV5 material rescue vehicles were delivered to Beijing, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Zhejiang and Guangdong. This was the second time for China Capital Logistics to be engaged in the pandemic prevention front line after Fujian Benz negative pressure ambulances were delivered to Wuhan.

Affected by the pandemic, various levels of traffic control were being implemented throughout the country. In particular, the destinations of this transportation task were mainly concentrated in Hubei, Zhejiang and Hunan, etc, which are the main concentrated areas of the pandemic in China, and there was a great risk of infection, bringing lots of uncertainty for the development of the transportation work.

In the face of tight-schedule, heavy-task and high-risk transportation tasks, China Capital Logistics is obliged to shoulder the mission. On the day of receiving the transportation task, Li Shuming- the General Manager Assistant of China Capital Logistics, Director of Parts Logistics Management Center and General Manager of China Capital Zhuzhou immediately organized a conference call to establish a transport capacity mobilization team, clearance procedures handling and logistics material guarantee teams respectively. Within 6 hours, the remote mobilization of 6 transport vehicles was completed.

The Huanghua Base of China Capital New Energy System formulated the transportation scheme promptly and designated the person in charge of transportation. After continuous coordination and confirmation with the transportation authority and the secondary carrier, the transportation route was adjusted repeatedly, and finally a perfect transportation plan was formulated to ensure the smooth completion of this transportation task. Before departure, the leaders of China Capital Logistics repeatedly urged that the transportation personnel should guarantee personal safety and arrive at the destination as soon as possible under the cold weather and severe road conditions.

Wang Wenchao, Liu Yan, and Li Zewei from the Vehicle Department of the Huanghua Base of China Capital New Energy System tracked the transport progress throughout the whole process, and handled the transportation permits to ensure passage; checked the condition of the vehicle, measured the total height of the vehicle, and left at ease until all vehicles were safely driven into the highway. All staff of the Vehicle Logistics Department were on standby 24 hours a day to monitor vehicle dynamics and road conditions to ensure smooth transportation.

At 17:20 on February 10, after the driver safety education and training are completed, the first batch of transport vehicles was intensively prepared for loading. At 19:00, after successfully passing the temperature test and traffic police inspection at the Huanghua South Highway, China Capital Logistics once again embarked on the journey of fighting the pandemic and ensuring logistics support. A red slogan was hung high on each transport vehicle: "Fighting the pandemic-China Capital Logistics in action". Every word is sonorous and powerful!

At 12:00 on the night of February 10, the second batch of transport vehicles was still in process of loading. The drivers were meticulously loading and checking the vehicles. They were not afraid of the cold at the winter night, and carefully checked the height of the vehicle and the details of the vehicle body straps. Everyone tried best and rushed to deliver the material rescue vehicles to the hospital in the pandemic area as soon as possible.

Since the departure of the logistics vehicle, the transportation work group has reported the transportation status in time. The staff of China Capital Vehicle Logistics Department also updated the transportation account in time after receiving the information, contacted the place of delivery for specific situation, and reported the estimated arrival time. During the pandemic prevention, we seized every minute and every second.

On February 12, the handover of vehicles to hospitals in Wuhan, Huanggang, Xiaogan and other places hardest hit by the pandemic was completed. At 13:20 on February 15, all 24 sets of BAIC EV5 arrived at the designated hospitals, successfully completing the transportation guarantee task!
