(hereinafter referred to as "China Capital Logistics" or “the company”) was established in 2008 by BAIC ROCAR, a subsidiary of BAIC Group, and CSGI, a subsidiary of Shougang Group, with a registered capital of RMB450mm. It is recognized as 5A-level Logistics Enterprise, National High-tech Enterprise, Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprise, 3A-level Credit Enterprise and a Little Giant of “Specialization, Refinement, Specialization and Novelty” in Beijing.

In the automobile industry, the company has formed the “2+N Smart Supply Chain Service System” which extends to smart electric vehicle logistics, social vehicle logistics, commercial vehicle logistics, and offers the expanded empowerment services such as logistics finance, international logistics and network freight platform, based on the traditional passenger vehicles and parts logistics and transport logistics services. Our services cover the whole chain including automobile industry procurement, production and distribution. With the improvement of the company's service capabilities, our service customers have been extended from the B-end market to gradually reach the C-end customer group.

Along with its development, the company has successfully set up 6 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 2 joint ventures and 4 branches, and has established automobile logistics bases in Beijing, Chongqing, Zhuzhou, Huanghua, Zengcheng, Zhenjiang, Laixi and Jingdezhen, etc., with the service network covering the whole country.
