In 2016, it set up subsidiaries in Cangzhou and Chongqing respectively to provide professional and efficient vehicle, production, and after-sales logistics services for BHMC’s five factories in three cities, Beijing, Cangcang, and Chongqing.
• Jiangxi CCL Changhe Logistics Co., Ltd
  Established on January 28, 2015, Jiangxi CCL Changhe Logistics Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “CCL Changhe”) is a joint venture registered by China Capital Logistics Co., Ltd and Jiangxi Changhe Automobile Co., Ltd providing all-round logistics services for Changhe Automobile, with registered capital of 7.5 million yuan. With the development of business and the improvement of business ability, it expands its socialized third-party logistics gradually. The company’s approved business scope includes general cargo transport of road, international freight forwarder, warehousing, packing cost, equipment leasing, mechanical equipment maintenance, leasing of premises, parking service, and car rental.
• CCL XingHui Logistics Co., Ltd,
  Beijing CCL Xinghui Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CCL Xinghui) was established on February 22, 2013, with registered capital of 130 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Capital Logistics to build a high-end automobile logistics service brand. It has main customers such as Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd., the supporting parts suppliers of Beijing Benz and Mercedes-Benz (China) Automotive Sales Co., Ltd. Its business scope covers the businesses such as parts warehousing, transportation, sequencing, and delivery line, as well as the whole supply chain logistics services such as the drayage, warehousing, vehicle delivery to stores of commercial vehicles and imported vehicles. Moreover, it also expands the pre-sale maintenance of a vehicle and other value-added logistics services innovatively.

  Chongqing CCL Logistics Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as CCL Chongqing), located in Liangjiang New District of Chongqing, was founded on November 26, 2015, with registered capital of 45 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Capital Logistics Co., Ltd, with a business scope covering Southwest China. It is a third -party logistics (3PL) service provider that integrates logistics investment management, logistics consulting management, and logistics business management, and expands its 4PL business based on it.

  Established on May 8, 2010, CCL (Zhuzhou) Logistics Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as CCL Zhuzhou) is a 5A modern logistics enterprise in China, with registered capital of 52.5 million yuan. It provides comprehensive and integrated supply chain services for brands owned by BAIC Group and BAIC new energy brands. It is a third-party logistics service provider that integrates logistics consulting management and logistics business management. Since 2020, China Capital Logistics has brought the bases in Guangzhou, Zhenjiang, Laixi, Changzhou, Huanghua, and Kunming into the unified management of CCL Zhuzhou.
