Block chain application to promote the upgrade of electronic documents

Given the pain points in the vehicle logistics business, such as low efficiency in the circulation of paper waybills, high costs in checking accounts, inability to adapt to the delivery of combined transportation business, the long storage time for paper waybills, and impact of damaged vehicles on the settlement of the whole bill, we establish multi-party trusted E-waybill public ledger through the tamper-proof and distributed block chain technology, to realize vehicle delivery, improvement in dealer receiving process and online reconciliation. The project has been fully implemented in BAIC BJEV, with efficiency in delivery and reconciliation increased by 10% and the time rate of returned orders increased by 100% (without returned orders).
