NetEase News: China Capital Logistics Called for Industrial Development Promotion through Deep Industrial Cooperation  Oct. 29, 2020

On October 28, the "National Automobile Logistics Industry Annual Conference 2020" hosted by the Automobile Logistics Branch of the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing was grandly held in Changchun. With the theme of “Seeking Progress in Change and Striving to Forge Ahead ”, the annual conference gathered representative enterprises of the automobile logistics industry, described and summarized the development of the automotive logistics industry in the past year, analyzed future industry trends andshared relevant technology and management experience.

Zhu Liguang, the General Manager of China Capital Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Capital Logistics”), was invited to attend the annual conference, and profoundly probed into the future development of the automobile logistics industry with leaders of well-known enterprises in the industry such as Anji Logistics, FAW Logistics, China Railway Special Cargo Logistics Co., Ltd.,  Dongfeng Logistics, Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics, Changjiu Logistics, Shenzhen China Merchants RORO and Putian Logistics.

In 2020, the COVID-19 has caused a great negative impact on the development of the entire society and economy. In order to effectively control the pandemic, the social and economic development has to be paused. An  inevitable contradiction has been formed between the static state under the pandemic and the mobility attribute of logistics. However, Zhu Liguang holds that the pandemic has not hindered the development of the logistics industry, but has brought a development opportunity to the logistics industry. While hundreds of industries were stopped, the logistics industry became one of the few industries engaged in their own business against the trend in order to guarantee the daily needs of the people and the transportation needs of anti-pandemic materials. The logistics industry exerted more significant value and was widely recognized by the society during the pandemic combating.

Zhu Liguang reviewed that China Capital Logistics embraced responsibility with passion, successfully completed multiple anti-pandemic material transportation guarantee tasks and was highly praised by BAIC Group and Beijing Municipal Government. Meanwhile, as a core enterprise providing supply chain warehousing and transportation integration services to BAIC Group, China Capital Logistics strongly guaranteed the production and operation of Beijing Benz through flexible resource allocation and efficient operation services when BAIC Group faced uncertainty risk of the pandemic during work and production resumption. The pandemic is a test and also an opportunity for China Capital Logistics. The team of China Capital logistics proved its value with action and played an important role for BAIC Group. Although the pandemic has severely impacted the entire social and economic development, China Capital's logistics turnover still increased by 10% compared with the last year.

Regarding the future development of automobile logistics, Zhu Liguang exchanged and shared with the guests in three aspects: innovative technology application, industrial cooperation and win-win, development and risk control.

Zhu Liguang pointed out that the exploration of the automobile logistics companies at the digital, intelligent and green logistics direction became the consensus of the entire industry. Its fundamental purpose is to better serve customers and enhance customer experience through high and new technology. The digital and intelligent development must be based on customer needs and shall aim at solving customers’ tricky problems. The application of digital and intelligent technologies in the logistics industry shall not be superficial, butshall be firmly applied to practice. Therefore, every automobile logistics company needs to think deeply about the questions such as how to make new technologies truly play a role in logistics services, how to make customers feel the value of smart logistics and green logistics based on high technology.

Zhu Liguang also emphasized the necessity of in-depth cooperation between enterprises. Affected by the pandemic, the entire industry faces pressure from the external environment. Zhu Liguang holds that there is no shortage of cooperation in the automobile logistics industry, but the cooperation conducive to enterprise development and industrial progress is by no means limited to superficial cooperation. The pressure brought by the pandemic may become an opportunity to promote in-depth cooperation among automobile logistics enterprises. The leading enterprises in the automobile logistics industry are mostly state-owned enterprises and central government-owned enterprises. In the current environment, everyone is required to break through the limitations of the system, explore in-depth cooperation model and give play to thedriving role of leading enterprises in the development of the industry. To this end, China Capital Logistics has also made active exploration attempts. At present, China Capital Logistics has not only established in-depth cooperation with well-known companies in the industry such as Changan Minsheng and Great Wall Motor, but also actively tried cross-industry cooperation, such as working with partners outside the automobile logistics industry to release the “Transport chain alliance-automobile supply chain logistics service platform” based on the blockchain technology. We hope to drive partners inside and outside the industry to open up more cooperation opportunities and create more development opportunities based on similar platforms.

Finally, Zhu Liguang pointed out that enterprises should not ignore the importance of risk control in the process of pursuing innovation and development. Risk control is related to the sound and sustainable development of an enterprise. Therefore, while pursuing the corporate development, any enterprise should strictly control the risk, establish the concept of equal emphasis on development and risk control, and should be responsible for the enterprise development.

Although it currently ranks among the top three in the automobile logistics industry, the progress pace of China Capital Logistics has not stopped. In the future, China Capital Logistics will continue to explore new paths of innovation and cooperation, and work together with partners for joint creation and construction to achieve a win-win situation; we actively meet customers’ needs and promote of the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the entire automobile supply chain with services and make contributions for the development of China's automobile industry.
