China Capital Logistics Passed National High-tech Enterprise Certification, and Its Innovation Capability Highly Praised Again

After China Capital Logistics passed the “Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprise” certification in July 2020, the first batch of high-tech enterprise qualification certificates of Beijing was officially issued to China Capital Logistics Co., Ltd., and the continuous innovation capability of China Capital Logistics were highly praised again.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Administrative Measures for Certification of High-tech Enterprise and the Guidelines for Administration of High-tech Enterprise Certification, China Capital Logistics finally became one of the first batch of national high-tech enterprise certified units of Beijing in 2020 through multiple levels of assessment and formally entered the ranks of national high-tech enterprises.

The national high-tech enterprise certification is a special qualification certification established by the state to support and encourage the development of high-tech enterprises, adjust the industrial structure and enhance the national economic competitiveness, and occupies a very important strategic position in China's economic development. High-tech enterprise is an important brand image of an enterprise, a business card of key national supported enterprises, and a synonym for modern enterprise.

Over the years, high-tech enterprises have been highly valued by governments at all levels which adopt various policies and measures to encourage and support the development of high-tech enterprises. Therefore, the selection conditions for high-tech enterprisecertification are very strict. The certification is jointly conducted by the relevant departments of Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance and State Taxation Administration, and must be assessed layer by layer. The certification of the qualification also needs to meet the requirements such as age limit, intellectual property right, high-tech products (services) and main products (services), proportion of high-tech products (services) income, proportion of enterprise scientific and technological personnel, proportion of enterprise research and development expenses and enterprise innovation capability evaluation.

Due to the strictness and high standard of certification, there are very few logistics enterprises that pass certification every year. As one of the few traditional logistics enterprises that have passed certification, this certification is a verification for technology innovation, R&D rapid growth and broad development prospects of China Capital Logistics, is of great significance to further adjust the industrial structure of China Capital Logistics, stimulate the enterprise’s independent innovation enthusiasm, improve the technological innovation capability and will also further improve the position and brand influence of China Capital Logistics in the industry.

Up to now, China Capital Logistics has obtained 10 national utility model patents and 32 software copyrights, with the contents covering management, operation and production. The enterprise has continuously improved its capability for innovation and has achieved fruitful results in high-tech applications.
