China Capital was conferred with the title “Advanced Collective for Fighting Against COVID-19 in Logistics Industry of Beijing”

Recently, China Capital Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Capital Logistics”) was conferred with the honorary title of "Advanced Collective for Fighting Against COVID-19 in Logistics Industry of Beijing" by Beijing Logistics and Supply Chain Management Association for its outstanding performance in fighting against the pandemic in 2020.

 

In the national anti-pandemic battle 2020, China Capital Logistics shouldered the social responsibility of state-owned enterprise and successfully completed the delivery of pandemic prevention materials for many times. On the fifth day of the Lunar New Year, 12 staff from China Capital Logistics embarked on the road of support without hesitation, overcoming traffic control, and travelled back and forth between Beijing and Jiaodong twice in 7 days, guaranteeing "BAIC Credit"; February 6, China Capital Logistics escorted 2 negative pressure ambulances to Huoshenshan Hospital, Leishenshan Hospital when the pandemic was the worst; on February 10, China Capital Logistics escorted 24 pandemic prevention transport vehicles donated by BAIC Group to hospitals in Wuhan, Huanggang and Xiaogan of Hubei, which are hit the hardest by the pandemic; China Capital Logistics escorted mask manufacturing machines purchased by Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform from Dongguan, Guangdong Province to Beijing, effectively alleviating the tight supply of masks and repaying the trust of the people in Beijing with actions; successively transported important pandemic prevention materials such as mask to BAIC Group to strongly support the systematic pandemic prevention and control work of BAIC Group.

 

Meanwhile, as a core enterprise that guarantees BAIC Group’s supply chain warehousing and transportation integrated services, China Capital Logistics overcame the road pressure brought by the pandemic to fully support the resumption of work and production of main engine plants and provide logistics guarantee for key projects under the premise of vigorously carrying out pandemic prevention and control. China Capital Logistics increased the proportion of intermodal transportation, and gave priority to the intermodal transportation mode in areas with abundant railway and water resources. On February 10, 2020, 100% of China Capital Logistics' highway, railway and waterway transportation capacity was restored, and all logistics warehouses in all regions (except Wuhan) operated normally. While providing various logistics guarantees of BAIC Group, it strongly supported the full resumption of work in local areas, making contributes to the development of the regional economy.
