On April 23, China Capital Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Capital Logistics”) Xpeng Motors Warehousing Project Launch Meeting was successfully held at Zhaoqing base of Xpeng Motors. Jiao Zhenzhen, a member of the party committee and the Deputy General Manager of China Capital Logistics, Zhang Jiancheng, the Director of Delivery Department of Xpeng Motors Sales Co., Ltd., relevant employees of the headquarters and Zhuzhou branch of China Capital Logistics and relevant employees of Xpeng Motors attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Huo Liuyang, a member of the Xpeng Motors team of China Capital Logistics, reported in detail the operation of Xpeng Motors vehicle warehousing service business, focusing on the operation requirements of Xpeng Motors warehousing operation, the progress of warehousing handover preparations, and the overall planning and direction of future warehousing operation.
Relevant management personnel of Xpeng Motors put forward four requirements and expectations based on the report contents:
Firstly, the standardized, lean, high-quality service and safety assurance shall be provided;
Secondly, the standardized operating procedures and safety assurance shall be implemented;
Thirdly, more reasonable suggestions shall be provided for Xpeng Motors warehousing service to jointly promote the high-quality development of Xpeng Motors warehousing business;
Fourthly, the discussion shall be carry out with respect to the overall planning and direction of warehousing operations and external warehousing.
Li Shuming, the General Manager Assistant of China Capital Logistics, Director of Parts Logistics Center and General Manager of China Capital Zhuzhou, representing China Capital Logistics, and Zhang Jiancheng, representing Xpeng Motors signed a service guarantee commitment.
The meeting included an exchange and discussion link, and both parties exchanged and expressed their views on warehousing project guarantees, information security, recent business priorities and deepening cooperation.
Li Shuming firstly conveyed that leaders of China Capital Logistics attached importance to Xpeng Motors project, expressed his views on the business, and put forward three expectations to the members of China Capital Xpeng project team:
Firstly, strengthen the control of safety and quality. The members of Xpeng Motors project team shall continuously improve safety management and service quality, establish the company's brand, start with standard operations and lean management and achieve rapid response and active cooperation to improve customer satisfaction.
Secondly, establish a sense of ownership. All members shall share weal or woe and fully coordinate with various instructions and deployments of relevant management personnel of Xpeng Motors to promote win-win cooperation between both parties.
Thirdly, actively carry out reform and innovation. All members shall break the circle based on the traditional automobile logistics model, grasp the opportunity of the new retail model of smart electric vehicles, actively seek changes and become the forerunner of logistics guarantee for new forces of automobile manufacturing.
Zhang Jiancheng put forward two requirements for the teams of both parties:
Firstly, maintain the awe of the existing achievements, carry out iteration and upgrading to the logistics service according to market characteristics and establish a new logistics system around end customers.
Secondly, strengthen exchanges, particularly the thinking and study on the transformation and upgrading of the logistics model under the new automobile retail model.
Jiao Zhenzhen proposed specific requirements for the project implementation from multiple perspectives such as management and business operations. She mentioned:
Firstly, work harder in operations, attach importance to service quality and service efficiency in actual operations, and control the overall service quality;
Secondly, strengthen the warehousing standardization management regulations, improve the on-site management operation specifications and warehousing management assessment methods and build a high-quality team that can quickly respond to customer needs;
Thirdly, strengthen communication with Xpeng and fully explore the company's internal advantageous resources for Zhaoqing warehouse and future Guangzhou warehouse, Wuhan warehouse and transit warehouse of Xpeng Motors to provide Xpeng Motors with low-cost and high-efficiency warehousing planning and create the maximum value for customers.
On the day of the meeting, Jiao Zhenzhen led a delegation to visit Zhaoqing base of Xpeng Motors, listened to relevant introductions, and understood customer conditions and needs in order to better carry out services.
