Financial Management Center-Create Extraordinary Value with Ordinary Positions, Improve Service Quality for "Customers"

To address the dual challenges of the "13th Five-Year" final battle and the "14th Five-Year" opening battle, the China Capital Logistics Finance Management Center firmly establishes the concept of "customer service", persists in focusing on the big and starting from the small, comprehensively consolidates the foundation of financial skills, makes every effort to improve the level of service capabilities, focuses on the company’s development strategy goals, provides high-quality financial services, finely organize accounting, regulates basic financial work, and promotes the transformation from standardized services to excellent services, so as to provide strong financial guarantee for the realization of the "Double 100" goal of China Capital Logistics in 2021.

"The financial management center has a very broad definition of 'customer'. The superior company, the central departments of the headquarters, and the subordinate subsidiaries are all the objects we want to serve." Chi Xiaomei, deputy general manager of China Capital Logistics, told colleagues at the Financial Management Center.

In July 2020, the Financial Management Center launched a phased self-examination and self-correction of the basic financial accounting work for the past five years, requiring all accounts to be handled in strict accordance with financial standards. In the face of the update of fiscal and tax-related laws and regulations, the review and approval authority of China Capital Logistics, the revision of related systems, and the difficulty of verifying past vouchers, the financial team endured hardships and take responsibility, and actively worked overtime to sort nearly 30,000 vouchers and reviewed the vouchers and attachments one by one.

In self-examination and self-correction, Chi Xiaomei quoted Haier President Zhang Ruimin's words: "What is not simple? Doing every simple thing well is not simple. What is extraordinary? Doing every ordinary thing well is extraordinary." The staff of the Financial Management Center should work hard in ordinary positions, comprehensively improve their professional knowledge, and strive to create extraordinary value! They should earnestly carry out the financial work, start with each certificate, and participate in management before, during and after the event, actively understand the business, get close to the business, refine the needs of service targets, provide accurate business management data, and advise leaders. Everyone should have the idea of "I do not need to be successful", and should have the responsibility of "I must be the one who contribute to the team's success.", consciously put the company's overall interests as the top priority, actively and efficiently coordinate with other departments to complete various tasks.

In the "Fight Against Epidemic Cup" badminton event initiated by the China Capital Logistics Trade Union, the Financial Management Center participated in the first batch. They self-made professional game rules, choose professional referees, fully demonstrated strong organization and coordination ability and strong team spirit, and effectively stimulated the enthusiasm of the finance team to make greater contributions to the development of China Capital Logistics.
