In order to further carry forward the good morality of respecting teachers and valuing education and encourage all internal trainers of China Capital Logistics Co., Ltd. to be innovative and enterprising, the company praised the unnoticed and selfless spirit of internal trainers of China Capital Logistics. On September 10, the Fifth Lecturer Cultural Festival activity of "Remember the Kindness of Teachers & Spread Love across China Capital Logistics" was held in No.1 Training Room of China Capital Logistics. Deputy General Manager of BAIC ROCAR and Chairman of China Capital Logistics Min Jie, Secretary of Party Committee Zhang Xuemei, General Manager Zhu Liguang, the member of Party Committee and Deputy General Manager Jiao Zhenzhen, Deputy General Managers Chi Xiaomei and Liu Hao, the head of each center and department and representatives of internal trainers of the company participated in the activity together.

The enthusiastic opening from the host Su Fei made the whole room filled with happy atmosphere.

Zhang Xuemei sent the most sincere greetings to all staffs of China Capital Logistics during the festival, and expressed her heartfelt thanks to all internal trainers who worked hard and devoted themselves on behalf of the Party Committee of the company. She mentioned that the job of internal trainers played an important role in the company's talent team construction and the construction of a learning-oriented enterprise. During the epidemic, the internal trainers insisted on "suspension of classes, non-stop study and teaching", which interpreted the title of teacher and deserved everyone's respect. Zhang Xuemei put forward the requirements for the "New Studio for Internal Trainers of China Capital Logistics" to be launched soon, hoping that the studio could play a practical role in cultivating more excellent internal trainers and expanding the team of internal trainers. At the same time, she proposed two hopes for the team of internal trainers. Firstly, it should keep the general secretary's words to teachers in mind, remember the original intention of strengthening moral education and cultivating people, keep the mission of cultivating talents for the Party and the country in mind, and make new and greater contributions constantly. Secondly, it should explore the educational methods under the new situation actively, improve its ability constantly, and make greater contributions to the construction of the company's talent team. Finally, she wished all internal trainers to develop smoothly with students everywhere.

In the speeches of the representatives of internal trainers, Jiang Xin from the international logistics project team and Liu Kai, the head of Vehicle Logistics Department of Beijing Branch, shared their feelings as internal trainers from two different perspectives, management and frontline work. They also shared their "secrets in martial arts" with more people to grow together.

The gratitude messages of trainees and their true love expression pushed the whole activity atmosphere to another climax. The touching words and warm scenes were quite emotional.

Three internal trainers, Zhao Jun from Parts Logistics Management Center, Zhang Longzhen from Parts Logistics Department of CCL Xinghui, and Wu Nannan from Vehicle Logistics Department of CCL Zhenjiang, shared their teaching experience of "extracting work experience and designing wonderful teaching cases".

In the launch ceremony of the new studio for internal trainers, Min Jie, Zhang Xuemei and Zhu Liguang unveiled the nameplate for it together.

Director of HR Center Hou Kun introduced the establishment background and core concept of the studio, and released the core idea and the main certification process of internal trainer certification work in 2020.

Zhu Liguang mentioned in his speech that he was very pleased to see the warm atmosphere on the Teacher's Day this year and the increasingly stronger team of internal trainers, and thanked the internal trainers for their selfless dedication of years of accumulated valuable experience to the enterprise. He said that internal trainers were the key few members of the company. Through the internal training, the company's culture, theory, strategy, spirit and so on could be practiced and promoted, so the role of training was very important. Zhu also shared his views with the people present. He believed that China Capital Logistics was an enterprise with distinct characteristics of anxiety, learning and market. He hoped that the internal trainers of China Capital Logistics could describe the bright future of the enterprise to the employees through their deeper understanding in the development of enterprise, and encourage them to forge ahead continuously.

Min Jie extended his festive wishes and kind greetings to all internal trainers present. In his speech, he proposed three hopes. Firstly, he hoped that the internal trainers could take representing the image and culture of China Capital Logistics as their own duty, set an example, and be courageous to take responsibility. They should not only teach by words and deeds, but also lead everyone with practical actions. Secondly, he hoped that trainees could be modest to learn from teachers, cherish opportunities and be diligent in studying. In the era of intelligence, they could build an intelligent China Capital Logistics through "three forces", physical, mental and intellectual forces. Thirdly, he hoped that all members of the company could understand the profound significance of Party building and human resources work fully and work together to build a better China Capital Logistics.

At the end of the activity, Min Jie, Zhang Xuemei and Zhu Liguang cut the cake personally to celebrate the fifth birthday of the CCL Lecturers' Day, and all the people present shared the joy of the festival.

In order to make the internal trainers feel the blessing and sincerity of the enterprise fully, HR members prepared gifts, wrote gratitude cards and arranged warm room for each internal trainer carefully on the eve of the Teacher's Day. They just wanted to send the blessings and gratitude of the enterprise to the internal trainers on the occasion of the Teacher's Day.
